Rep Points

You admins can hand out rep points, don't hand em out like candy though. Make sure that someone really deserves it. If they make a sig that is absolutely amazing give em a point but make sure it's DAMN GOOD. If they put up a tutorial give em one. Don't give me one for my tutorial since I put it up before I said this. I will set up when a sig of the week will be and I will hand out the rep points and make all the rules on that so don't worry about that.

If you don't know if they deserve a rep point the pm me and I will tell you if they do or not.
