Is there any way you can shrink the logo on image ready or photoshop?

there should be if not dl irfan view its really useful
PS: on gimp there is a layer scale down feature

You can shrink the image on both photoshop and image ready. Look at the top of the photoshop screen where it says file and go to the right and find image then click on that and then go down to image size and you can change it in inches or pixels.
